Shipping Process
We start working on your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed.
We ship from our partner fulfillment centers located across the United States.
You will only be charged for the shipped items, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking ID.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We require 1–3 business days to make and dispatch your order. During major holidays, some items may take longer, up to 10 business days.
Deliveries
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your country or region.
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days from the order date. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed.
