Do you offer printing proofs?

Yes. Message us before or right after you order and we’ll send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

What if I don’t see the color I want?

Message us through the store chat with a screenshot or link to the prints you want recolored. We answer fast, usually within 24 hours.

Do your prints come framed?

Only if you add frames. Every set ships unframed by default, in the size you choose. Or simply add our solid oak frames in natural oak, black, or walnut, and all three prints arrive framed and ready to hang.

What are the frames like?

Solid oak with a shatter-resistant acrylic front and sawtooth hangers. We frame the prints for you. The set arrives assembled, with protective corners, ready to hang.

What type of paper do you use?

Premium 190 gsm matte paper with vivid color, crisp detail, and a glare-free surface that looks good from every angle.

Is this a digital download?

No. Every order is printed and shipped to you. There are no files to download or print yourself.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make your set to order in 1–3 business days, then delivery takes another 2–5. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we ship within the US only.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Check the tracking link first. If something looks off, email us at support@threeowlsnook.com and we’ll track it down.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us right away at support@threeowlsnook.com. We can update the address until the order ships, and since we print in 1–3 days, sooner is better.

Can I return or exchange a personalized print?

Because each set is made just for your child, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. That’s why we offer a free digital proof before printing, so we get it right the first time.

What if it arrives damaged or incorrect?

Send a photo to support@threeowlsnook.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it free or issue a full refund, your choice. No return shipping, no extra cost.

Ordered the wrong size?

Message us. If it hasn’t printed yet, we’ll simply change it. If it’s already printed, we’ll offer a discounted reprint.
