No Returns on Personalized Orders

All personalized prints (including those with a name, number, or custom text) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Since these items are made just for you, we cannot resell them. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Returns for Non-Personalized Prints (if applicable)

For non-personalized prints, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

To start a return, please contact us at support@threeowlsnook.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please email support@threeowlsnook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Customer Mistakes – Discounted Reprint

If you made a mistake in personalization or ordered the wrong size, we offer a 40% discount reprint instead of a free return. This helps cover production costs while giving you an affordable way to get the right item. Contact us at support@threeowlsnook.com to request a reprint.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as long as the item is not personalized and is returned in its original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
